How do I get free delivery?

If your total order amount is $35 or over, and you choose a schedule that delivers them all on the same day, then your delivery will be free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Of course, you're the boss. There will never be cancellation fees. Fees are lame.

What if I want certain products at different intervals?

You can do that. Just make sure to meet the minimum order amount on your days of delivery to earn the free delivery, or pay a delivery fee on top of your order.

What if I am not home at delivery time?

If you are not home upon delivery, your order will be left on your front porch or the area you designated to us at check out. Orders are delivered in a cooler bag to ensure products remain at an appropriate temperature.

What if I go out of town?

If you need to skip a delivery for any reason, you can do so by logging in to your account through our website and choosing to "skip" your scheduled delivery. If you're on a phone browser, you may need to swipe horizontally on your schedule page to see the skip option.

How do I log into my account?

Click the icon that looks like a human in the top right corner of our website. Your username is the email that you used at checkout, and your password is the password you created. If you can't remember what password you used, click forgot password.

How do I change my subscription order?

When you log in to your account, you can change your subscription items, swap flavors, add or cancel subscriptions, and customize your delivery schedule. If you're on a phone browser, you may need to swipe horizontally on your subscription page to see the swap, skip, and cancel options.

What is the recycle program?

Some of our stores participate in a recycle program, allowing participating businesses to be more sustainable. These products use packaging that can be sanitized and reused again. Picked will pick up the used packaging you when we deliver your next order. You can simply leave out the packaging on your doorstep on your delivery day, and our team will pick it up and record what you have returned.
